Conditions for Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- Damaged or Defective Products: If the product is delivered in a damaged or defective condition.
- Wrong Product: If the product delivered is different from what you ordered.
- Size Mismatch: If the wrong size is delivered due to our error.
Important: Please record a clear unboxing video without any cuts or edits while opening the package.
This video is mandatory for raising any complaints related to damaged, missing, or wrong products. Without this video, such complaints will not be accepted.
Scenarios Where Returns Will NOT Be Accepted
- Products that have been used, washed, or altered.
- Products without their original tags, packaging, and accessories.
- Customized outfits, as they are tailored for you.
- Returns requested after 3 days of delivery.
- Outfits purchased under ‘Buy One Get One Free’ offers or specific festive/seasonal discounts.
- Outfits that were already exchanged once.
How to Request a Return

Ensure the product is in its original condition with packaging, tags, and labels intact.
Return Options
- Replacement: Subject to stock availability.
- Refund: If replacement isn’t possible, we will process a refund to your original payment method or provide a voucher.
- Exchange: You can exchange the product for another item.
Return Charges
- Return courier charges may apply and will either be deducted from your refund or payable separately.
- In special cases, if you are required to ship the product to us, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. Please retain the receipt for reference.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed after the product passes our quality check. This may take up to 14 working days.
Other Important Points
- COD Orders: Refunds will be issued via bank transfer or a voucher for future purchases.
- Pickup: Returns will be picked up separately. The delivery person is not responsible for accepting returns.
